What is love?

Well, poets and artisans, singers and songwriters throughout the ages have written on the mysteries

of love and their attempts to define it.

Their rhymes and metaphors, similes and allegories all crafted to help us better sort out the

complexities of love.

In the New Testament, the Apostle John was no different, but he had divine guidance.

Well, the theme of this guided audio meditation from 1 John chapter 3 is love.

I pray it helps you discover the true love that the creator of love wants you to know,

find love that we have in our hearts for each other and for God and in him for us.

So to begin your meditation, just slip into a time to be still, a place to feel embraced

and a moment to feel the love of God, spirit and sun.

Start by listening and responding to this prayer from 1 John chapter 4 and respond,

I am my beloveds and my beloved is mine.

God showed his love for us when he sent his only son into the world to give us life.

And yes, I am my beloveds and my beloved is mine.

Real love isn't our love for God, but his love for us.

So I am my beloveds and my beloved is mine.
