Now, if you like a lot of entrepreneurs, if you like me, it sounds kind of stuffy and

academic.

And many of us have been to that offsite, there was a total waste of time, or maybe we

had a great conversation, but there was no follow-through.

And hey, if you're like me, you're all about action and results.

If that's been your experience, you might cringe when you hear the phrase strategic planning,

but here's the thing, if you don't have a game plan to achieve your vision, it's just

not gonna happen.
