I don't know where we're going today with this podcast.

There's so much going on.

I am so, as my pastor said on Sunday, overwhelmed.

I've hit my ceiling with all that I can process right now. Yesterday, Tuesday, is usually when I record the podcast. I was like, I need to get away from my laptop. I need to get away from my phone. I need to get out this house. I need to just, I need to go. Oddly enough, I ended up going to D.C. I've been avoiding D.C. But Union Market is one of my happy places. One of my friends was in town.

to you just got back from Thailand and I'm obsessed with Thailand.

If you're a regular listening to this podcast, you know at one point I was supposed to do an Asia tour.

Then I had to have surgery.

Had two surgeries last year.

So I wasn't able to pull Asia off.

And this year I decided to buy a condo.

So I've been focused on getting that renovated and contracting things are not. Right now, they're going

well other than building management, like harassing me about the noise. But that's neither here nor there.

Okay. But I need to focus on something else other than the current news cycles because it's,

we don't talk about it, but it's a lot.
