Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and those who don't identify as either, you are listening

to a bonus episode of Ratchet and Respectable. I just called it a bonus. I mean, technically,

it is on my end, but for you all, I promised last week on an episode, I think it was called

Act Your Wage. We talked about a bunch of things, but the episode was running long. And so I mentioned that I wanted to talk about the New York Magazine cover story with Lizzo. It talks a lot about her lawsuits, which we didn't talk that much about when it first happened. I don't know why. I think I might have been on vacation or something or some other big event had happened.

Something she said in the article about how she ended up in this situation where she has two lawsuits by people that used to work for her.

And I wanted to talk about how that tied into the online fiasco with Tabitha Brown that happened not this past weekend, weekend before.

Even though I recorded this last Tuesday or Wednesday, and so much has happened since then,

I think the conversation is still timely. So I'm going to include that part on the back end of

this episode. But I wanted to say a couple things about Charlie Kirk, a couple more things.

So I did a whole episode about him.

It's an ongoing story right now.

It seems like there's no end in sight.

Where do I want to start?

There's been, I mean, it's been crazy in the media in our country from our government

since January.

We're on month nine of insanity.

But in the last week since the shooting, since the killing of Charlie Kirk, the gaslighting

has escalated to unforeseen levels.

Our government, and dare I say, like half of the country wants him to be

viewed as a martyr, and it's not enough that they view him as such. They want everyone else to

view him as such as well. And so even quoting him saying like, you know, these are the things that he said

about black women, the things that he said about LGBTQIA population, the things he said about
