0:56.8	label force. That's up 47% since 1975. Now here's another stat for you. In 1946, only
1:05.8	approximately 9% of women were childless, which has more than doubled since them. Now, neither of these
1:13.0	stats actually surprised me in the slightest. You see, I grew up with a mum who gave up her career
1:18.1	to be a stay-at-home mother, and the very next generation, me, has decided to not have kids at
1:24.2	all. Now, I recently sat with her and asked her why she gave up her career
1:29.1	and she looked at me so matter-of-factly dead in the eyes and said, well, there wasn't a choice.
1:33.8	It was expected of me. Now, through my own personal evolution, I totally could relate to the
1:39.3	pressures of having children. I was brought up in the same traditional Greek family and throughout my childhood
1:45.0	and during the eight years I was a stay-at-home wife, I thought I was going to have children.
1:50.0	It was expected and the truth is I didn't even question it. Until we actually started Quest. And over time,
1:57.0	my desire to be in business overpowered my desire to be a mother.
