The only thing you have to know about Naseem Taleb's books are the titles.

Anti-fragile, the black swan, skin in the game, and fooled by randomness.

Like if you just think about those titles, like obviously skin in the game, you know,

if I think what might that be about?

It means that basically you'll do a better job at an activity if somehow or other you

have skin in the game.

And what Naseem Taleb means is like, like let's say you're a reporter writing about investing.

Well, you don't have skin in the game because you're not invested in the companies.

So your reporting might not be as knowledgeable, and this is not your folder's report.

It might not be as knowledgeable as someone who does have skin in the game, like someone

who invested in the stock.

So that's just one example, but there's billions others.

Anti-fragile means not the same as resilient.

Resiliency refers to, oh bad things are happening, but I'm going to keep on going.

It's actually bad things are happening, and that's what makes me stronger.

So that's what anti-fragile is about.

But despite what I'm just saying, that you just need to know the titles, it is still super

fascinating to talk to the man himself, Naseem Taleb.

This again was recorded a long time ago, but it's evergreen.

It had such impact on my life just talking to him that seven years later, I would love

to release it again.
