Welcome back to another episode of the Action Academy podcast.

Today we are talking about an emerging market that I think is quite possibly the best

positioned investment that we can make this decade because what got us here in the

2020s and in the teens is not going to take us there in 2030 and beyond.

So today I am joined by my partners here.

Ben and Steve, I'm excited to go into what this

opportunity is, how we think about partnerships, how we think about deal sourcing, and go all the

way down into what we've got cooking. So we will start with Mr. Steve here and then go to Ben

because you've already been on the show. People are already fan favorite, already out the gate. So Steve, introduce yourself to the audience, to the podcast,

and then Ben after. Thanks for having me here. I'm excited to be a part of this because I've heard

so much about it. And I love what you're building with your audience. It's really special.

So Steve Turk, I'm a 25-year hospitality pro worked in some of the best luxury hotels across

South Florida. And when I got to the top as an executive, I realized something was missing.

I really wanted to continue building something at my own. And I had experience from seeing all

these amazing entrepreneurs build their hotel brands and started to venture up. And so in 2021,

left my corporate job with a great salary and said,

you know what, I'm going to venture out on my own. And LinkedIn was a big help. I started sharing

a lot of things on LinkedIn and started getting a lot of inbound questions, turned those questions

into consulting contracts, which got me out of my day to day, and then started building hospitality

businesses. So now we've got

hospitality consulting. We've got vacation rentals. We've got a coffee brand. We've got a new book
