What's going on, Action Academy family? Today's podcast episode took four years to make,

four years for today's episode. And here's exactly why. I started this show, documenting my

path to leaving corporate America to quit my job to travel the world. And then in 2022, I did that. And when I really, really got serious about

this podcast, I started up the company, Action Academy, our mastermind that now has 436 members

growing like crazy. And in the summer of 2022, I said, my goal for our community and for this

podcast is if I could have one other person, not only

quit their job, leave corporate America, build a million dollar company, but also travel

the world with their family, then I would have accomplished everything that I set out to do

over the last four years and everything on top of that

accomplishment would be gravy. In today's episode, is that story with Landon and Carly Blue.

Landon joined Action Academy in 2023 with a few single-family rental in small multi-family and

eventually caught the bug with land flipping. If you guys haven't heard his previous episode, he built a million dollar a year land flipping

In one year ago today, Landon came on this podcast directly after quitting

his corporate job to share his entire Action Academy story and how he pulled it off. What's cool about
