This is a very easy way to spread some cheer in the world, to other people, and to yourself.

A dozen times a week or maybe even more, you probably think of a friend or family member

that you don't see often.

Maybe you go blackberry picking and think about your parents' neighbor who let you pick

berries in her yard every summer.

As your kid's hunt Easter eggs, you remember the year you had chickenpox and couldn't

go to the community Easter egg hunt, and your best friend put a basket with eggs she'd found

on your front doorstep, so you feel included.

Rather than just let this thought pass you by, why not reach out to the other person?

Seize these thoughts as a chance to reconnect.

To that person or even to others who know that person.

This is pretty straightforward.
