Summary

Think you’re not doing enough? Welcome to the club, baby!

Even in the middle of a thriving business, bestselling books, and creative expansion, I still have moments where I spiral. Where I feel like I’m falling behind, like I should be doing more, producing more, proving more. Can you relate?

Instead of pushing harder, I’ve learned to reach for what I call The Celebration List – a simple but powerful way to shift my energy, anchor into my feminine power, and remember the woman I already am.

Inside this episode, we dive into:

– Why high-achieving women feel like they’re always behind
– How celebration can be a radical act of self-leadership
– Why fullness, not force, is the strategy for your next level
– How to use my Celebration List practice to realign with your highest self

This is a love letter to the version of you who’s done so much – and deserves to feel it!

Because I've been there lately, actually, even when things are going really well, even when I'm in creative flow, even when I'm looking

at everything I've built in my life. And I'm so proud, right? I know that if I met a stranger

1:03.8

and I said everything that I have done, they'd be like, holy shit. But I still had these little

1:09.2

whispers in my mind that tell me, you're not doing enough.

1:14.4

You should be further along. You should have launched that thing. You should have created that thing.

1:20.8

You should have monetized that thing in a better way. Right. There's just, oh, there's always a voice

1:26.8

that's telling us that we're not doing

1:29.2

it up and it sucks. But over the past couple years, especially as I have kind of softened into this

1:34.4

new season of my life, last episode I talked a lot about how I've sort of shifted from this

1:39.4

hardcore, you know, hustle mentality into a little bit of a softer season that I really see

1:46.6

myself staying very rooted in. I want a softer life, but I don't want to equate that with not

1:52.6

being successful, right? And that's the thing that I have personally been working on just through

1:57.5

therapy and just to my own, you know, self-reflection and work.

2:01.7

But there is one thing that has not changed.

2:04.0

And this is something that I have believed for the longest time.
