This podcast is for anybody with the goal of living at 100%.

You've heard of affirmations, but have you used them successfully? Join me daily and I'll guide you through a very simple and brief activity where I'll give you 2 affirmations, a question to ask yourself and a quote to ponder. 

You do not need the book to get benefit out of the podcast. :)

recognize themes that really resonate with you I will go through the affirmations and give you just enough time to say it aloud as you write it down. It's important

that you write them down. Most of the time involved in making affirmations work will be done by

you after the podcast. Repeat the affirmations five times out loud and write it down five times.

And place each affirmation on a sticky note or rewritable

board all around your home, your car, office, desk, cubicle, surround yourself with these positive

thoughts and state them to yourself even in a whisper during the day as you come across them.
