this hack. I feel like it saved me so much energy and so much nonsense in my life coming back to again and again. I have this hack that I love to come back to that allows me to remain on good terms, temper my negative emotion, and almost come back to the truth.

far isn't really accepting her, it would seem. I know that these things can take time, but I said to her. I said,

okay, just pause for a second because she was saying all these things her stepdaughter does, and I get it, right,

we need to vent sometimes. But I I said tell me a couple of sweet things

And she said, well, yeah, you know, once in the middle of the night when she wasn't feeling well, I stayed up with her a bit and then I went to get her a glass of

water in the kitchen and she just ran up to me and hugged my back.
