The team and I, as we were thinking about this year, we don't take it for granted that you take time on a Thursday evening, drive, put some lip gloss on, check your kids into kids church, to come and spend your time here.

And so as we were really thinking and praying about this year,

we thought we really want to make an investment

into the everyday lives of the women of church home.

And so as we were thinking and praying,

we thought, you know what, there's no better place to do that

than to go to the book of Proverbs.

Proverbs is such an amazing book that is full of wisdom,

which is really practical life lessons for the everyday circumstances and situations

that we face.

So this year together, we're going to go to Proverbs and look at some really specific things.

In fact, we have a theme for the year if it's available.

Oh, a look into Proverbs through wisdom, this is us, we're speaking of ourselves in the

third person, which is very fun. Through wisdom, she lives the empowered life in her words, relationships, work, money, and self-worth.

And I really believe that God has called us as women to be full of wisdom so that we can be empowered to find God's perspective

in all of these areas of life.

So let's go to Proverbs if you don't know.

It is in the middle of the Bible, which I just find very handy.

Proverbs, chapter one, let's read it. Jesus, thank you for your word.

These are the wise sayings of Solomon.
