60 seconds of pain for three hours of pleasure.

I am back with the cold showers this morning.

They are really good, man.

There's so much better than caffeine, but I can only do it like this time of year,

because when it's wintertime, that's not in the equation.

But I would suggest just trying again.

I did this last year year and it's great.

It's great once you can get past that 60 seconds.

But you just turn the faucet all the way to as cold as it gets.

You can't go any further and then jump in there.

Don't think too much about it.

Go in there for 60 seconds.

Set your watch to it and then get out of there as fast as you can because it sucks.

And then it keeps you like on this sort of adrenaline high for like two and a half, three hours.

It works. I'll give you that. The results of it definitely worked. But that's a long 60 seconds.

It is. That week I did it, I just, I couldn't do it anymore. But I do want to start again.

Didn't you do the ice bath when we did the ice bath challenge for like 12 minutes?

I did.

I was motivated by day off.
