When I was watching the Oprah interview with Megan Markle and Prince Harry, and she talked about feeling suicidal while she was pregnant and that the royal family told us she couldn't get mental health help, who, girl, I really, my heart really went out to her.

I've watched the crown and I kind of, I guess based upon a TV show, I guess I know how some of the inner workings

of the royal family work, but it still really struck me that above everything, above all else,

that they were so into appearances, Queen Elizabeth would have rather let her grandson's wife perish just to make

sure that there was no talk of mental illness in the royal family. And that was really concerning

to me. Taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies

You know, at first when we, Amani and I discussed, we were going to talk about

the royal family and Megan Markle and all that. I was like, I give zero shits about this topic.

But then when I really started to look like what was going on, I was kind of like, holy shit,

we have to talk about this. It's crazy.

And I kind of said the same thing.

I was like, well, I mean, I don't know what she expected.

And I wasn't trying to be like cold, but I'm like, girl, like, it's the royal family.

Like, you know what it is.

But the more I read about it, I was like, this shit is fucking crazy.
