I was reading Billboard magazine, which is a publication that serves the radio industry and also the record industry.

And they don't have a lot to write about these days.

So many acts have been canceled as far as appearing in person.

And radio has been quarantined.

So there's not a lot to write about.

So what they decided to do is come up with the greatest pop star of every year since 1981.
