It's Morons in the News. Here's Bob and Sherry.

There is a 27-year-old woman whose name is Preeti Verma in Central India, and she gave birth to twins last week.

Congratulations to her.

She named the boy COVID and she named the girl Corona.

She says, quote, me and my husband wanted to make the day memorable.

Indeed, the virus is dangerous and life-threatening, but its outbreak made people focus on sanitation,

hygiene, and other good habits.

So we thought about these names.

Well, they asked a lot of people there in Central India what they thought, and 85% of the

respondents said

it was a horrible idea and I'm in that 85% that is a horrible idea you are putting

people are going to remember this the rest of their lives right and not as a good

years old or older you'll you'll remember it that is not good. I could see, like the word corona means other things and it could be beautiful, but COVID is

kind of hard to swallow, isn't it? It's totally, but even Corona, do you realize that they've

shut down the Corona beer manufacturing right now? That makes no sense.

It makes no sense at all, but something's going on.

I guess they're not selling as much as they used to.

Just because of that, I have it in my refrigerator along with Budweiser.

I saw a commercial last night on TV for Corona Hard Seltzer.

Yeah, yeah, they're jumping into there like everybody else. And you know what?

I didn't.

And it could just be because, you know, my brain is battled.
