Hello, Ed and James here. You may have noticed that there is no episode of off-menute today.

We took the decision that with everything that's happening with the Black Lives Matter protests

and police brutality and the murder of George Floyd,

all the absolute horror show that's occurring in the US

and all the discussions that it's sparking off over here and around the globe.

Today probably wasn't the best idea for a lighthearted podcast about dinners

that we recorded a fair few months ago.

So we've made that decision. So we thought we'd use this platform to let you know

some places that you can donate, some places that you can do some more reading,

and hopefully help out a little bit. We're certainly teaching ourselves some stuff as well.

Yeah, there's loads of opportunities online at the minute to get involved

and support various organisations. The show must be pause.com

where there's loads of links on how to donate to causes and how to support other people.

Black Lives Matter.com as well has lots of resources and instructions on how to take action.

Also, if you search for the Act Blue bail funds, then you can donate to that

and the donations we divided between different bailout funds as well.

And certainly, at no point am I telling you to go and learn things that I already know.

My education on these topics is absolutely wofl.

So I'll be using the time that we normally would have put into promoting the podcast

and chatting about the podcast to go and read those things and donate to myself.

But I hope everyone out there is keeping themselves as safe as they possibly can be
