When we don't give the body that energy, that protein especially, but amino acids, those food

that we're getting in the morning especially, if we don't offer that to the body before coffee,

it's kind of like coffee's asking your body to go, go, go. The problem is when the body is forced

to do a pick me up, when it's forced to go, go, go, and it doesn't have the fuel, that's when the adrenal is kick in, that's when the cortisol is being pumped out, that's when our stress hormones

are really getting, going rampant, and it's when we really start to feel kind of awful.

I can't believe it. Yeah, I can't believe it. It's almost there. Yeah. I can't believe it either. You started on right after Tristan died. Like, I think you started, like, I took a three week leave after he

died and you started during that time. Yeah. I was actually hired right before he passed and then

you know, I didn't start for a while because of all that. That's, it's so crazy. Like I just,

time flies so quickly and it just, it was just the other day. I was training you and you were

sitting in on all my consults

and we were having those long days. And now like it's three years later. And you told me that

you've seen over a thousand clients in three years. Yeah, I can't believe that. I think it's even
