All that you see and hear is my name in different densities, different frequencies,

different levels, and qualities of distortion.

That noise you can't stand is me.

Listen past it.

Every time, take every every noise take every opportunity to know it as me as you begin to hear the pulse

to feel the pulse you are no longer afraid of your own shadow. You stop pasting false lights,

paying attention to false lights, to screens and stories over the greatest one. You stop

overlooking the great one. You stop prioritizing your feelings over the filling.

You stop trying to prop your name up over mine.

When you sing, when you pray, when you chant, you are pushing light out into the problems, onto the problems.
