airport director under Sylvester Turner. The airport director resigned before he could be fired.

But I would love for Whitmire to institute an investigation of the crimes that occurred at the airport

because that fund is so big there's more opportunity for scandal at the airport than in all the other departments

combined because there's almost no oversight.

They try to convince city council if you do try to dig in and most people don't.

Oh, this is federal because airport's federal.

So I chaired the airport committee among others and when I went in and started asking questions,

we learned you'll never guess.
