Summary

God isn't just on the mountaintop, He's in the valley, too, and everywhere in between, and beyond. God's Love, It's Peace, your innermost Self, can be felt even when you're in the valley of sadness. It can be felt on the pathless-path up the mountain, and once you reach the summit, you'll find that there isn't a 'you' feeling this Love, there's only Love. Only God. And in and AS That, you abide.

Shiva is your innermost Self and the alert snake, with its raised hood around His neck represents PEAK Loving Awareness, Shakti, Go(o)d Energy on TEN! As you read these words feel your back straightening, your shoulders relaxing down and back, your face smiling, your energy rising, Love peaking. There! There you are! Stay (t)here. This is Go(o)d Energy and when you're practicing feeling and being This, This is all you see. You see that there is no valley or mountaintop, there's only the Kingdom. Only Love is here.

0:50.8	someone. We're Namaskar to ourselves, self with a capital S. Recognizing the one, the
1:03.4	love within us and outside. This love is where the inside meets the outside, where inside
1:11.6	an outside dissolves. Staying in this posture, I want you to breathe in for five counts,
1:21.5	through your nose is fine, and then hold it for five. And before you begin exhaling, I

1:38.0	stillness of that breath retention. God is that good feeling is. Do it again, breathe

2:30.2	up ten minutes from now. That same presence is fully available to you if you remember
2:38.2	to turn toward it, to give it your attention. I saw a quote the other day on Immortal Talks
2:47.6	on Instagram. It's one of my favorite accounts. It says, Shiva, and Shiva is another name for
2:54.4	yourself. It's a name of God, a form of God. One that has a snake around its neck. And
3:02.4	they say that snake with a raised hood indicates that the energies have hit the peak. Like
3:10.0	love on ten, joy on a hundred. You can feel that. It's like I always say like your love
3:16.3	is on a dimmer switch. It's not, but your awareness of it is turn that knob all the way
3:21.9	up to ten. So whenever you see a picture of Shiva and you see that snake around its neck,
