I'm around 30 years in corporate kind of high-volume manufacturer, medical device and

electrofluidics, all kinds of stuff. But my primary role has been as a complex problem

solving leader, large teams across the world and I've also been a technical manager

with teams directly reporting to me, but again nearly always involved in problem solving,
