I can't even say it. I love it so much.

for that I got this from my gorgeous friend Elizabeth when I think we were facetiming and she has this

gorgeous thick natural hair something I've always envied in people when I've

seen it and I have my friend hair extensions that I've had for years I

also love them but look I pay for them it's not my hair and I think that part of

me always feels slightly sheepish about it like oh you know I have hair extensions I have

you know another woman's hair on my head I have to invest this time and money every few weeks to

my extensions and so she messaged me oh no this is what happened I sent her a photo and she was

like oh your hair looks great and I was like yeah, yeah, wink, wink, all mine, as you know. And she said, Susie, there's no award in heaven for just living with your natural hair. It made me laugh. And I thought, you know what? This is a bigger point. This isn't just about hair extensions.

This can apply to many things. Things that perhaps we suffer through, things that we take a sense of virtue out of from not doing, things that we go, oh, let me just me just you know struggle through this or let me just

push through that alone thinking that there is some type of medal or trophy or award there isn't

and I was thinking about this you know what else is there no award in heaven for? And a few things came to mind.

There's no award, my friend, for never asking for help. There is no spiritual achievement through

going it alone, when other people can and want to help you. there's no award in heaven for responding to texts

or emails the fastest right there isn't you don't have to just be available when other people

want you or are asking you something there's no award for being the most low maintenance
