And in my interview with Howard French, I was talking with him about his new book, which is the second emancipation.

And he said something that was really profound,

that there's a war on people, and maybe there's always been a war on people on humanity.

Howard French is in the house. I'm so grateful to talk with him because he's one of the most

brilliant people of our time. He's done the work to study 30 plus years in them trenches, teasing out all of the information that we need and putting into some amazing books, born in blackness, the latest, is the second emancipation.

Okay, we were talking before I hit record, and you said there's a war. What's the war? It's a war against the people.

And the way it's being waged is constant aggression, constant acceleration. And the point of the

constant aggression and constant acceleration, you know, your listeners will understand,

you wake up every day and there's some new crazy stuff going on.

And the whole point of this isn't coherence.

The whole point of this isn't some master plan necessarily, although there are some key ideas behind what's going on.

The whole point is to totally destabilize people's minds, to stun them, to paralyze people,

to say like, you're so busy trying to cope with the next thing that's come down the turnpike

that you can't even catch your breath to get your grounding or think ahead.

Right.

And they've been very good at this.

You know, it's almost by the news cycle.

Every news cycle, there's some new crazy, and I don't know what your language policy

is here, but there's a word that begins with S-H.
