There's a Miami rapper named Zoe Dollas and he started a ride sharing service called

Aegis.

It's like Uber or Lyft, but with bulletproof vehicles.

He was inspired by seeing so many rappers get shot in cars including himself.

He's been shot multiple times.

So one time he was in a car with Young Thug and they got sprayed with about 75 rounds.

So he named the company Aegis after the goddess Athena's protective cloak and he says he's

got cars in LA, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, some other hot spots.

And it's not just for rappers.

Boxer Manny Pacquiao was a recent client and he even catered to regular people as well.

But I think it's brilliant.

I mean, it's unfortunate that it's a necessity, but nowadays, man, there are a lot of rappers

who are constantly being the target of gunshots.

And I mean, that's kind of what they wrap about.

It's a lifestyle they live.

So yeah, like a lot of these rappers definitely need them, but people, period need them.

Has there been a, because from what I've noticed as far as like headlines and stories, I feel

like there's been an uptick in gun violence among the rap community.
