There's a lot going on in health and wellness in America today that I think is a positive trend

Because we no longer leave

Health and wellness to the doctors, nor should we.

Many times, I think, in the course of my I have seen when people go to

I have seen when people go to doctors

with questions that are really not a question for a doctor.

In much the same way that I think people go to lawyers with a number of questions

that are really not suited to lawyers.

And it's not just that you're taking a hatchet to something that could use a scalpel,

it is that when you understand the expertise, you realize that you're getting out of, if not the

expertise, often it is the expertise, you're getting out of the area where that person is most efficient.

For instance, a lot of lawyers, a lot of doctors are, in my experience, morbidly obese while telling you that you shouldn't eat so much and

be so fat. Those same doctors will often tell you that you shouldn't

drink more than X amount. And it's true, the medical evidence is clear.

But they are big drinkers.

And it used to be the case when I was younger

that I would notice doctors seem to smoke for a professional.

At some point smoking became something that working class people alone did,

not professionals,

but I noticed that of the professionals,

doctors were big smokers and lawyers,
