Today's Practice (inspired by ACIM, Ch 38):

1. Bring up a pressing or otherwise bothersome issue.

2. Feel into the following prompt, and replace the blank with your seeming issue.

"In the situation involving _________ , there is nothing that My Love, this Love, cannot do."

3. Allow the words to point you back to the Love, the Truth, inside. Feel this Love. This is the most important step. THE ONLY STEP. Trust in this Love with all of your heart. You trust It by FEELING It. You feel Love inside, and then trust that It will move you to say and do the right things. You trust that It will take the form of the solution. Your ability to feel It, is the miracle you've been waiting for. Feel It and don't stop feeling It.

4. Know that there is nothing that this Love cannot do.

5. Rest. Abide. Smile. Love's got you.

2:11.8	that is that essence of your being, the substance of everything, trust in this love with all of your
2:21.6	heart. You don't have to try to understand it. You don't have to try to figure out the
2:30.2	solutions to your seeming problems and your worries, your circumstances. You trust the
2:38.4	love. You trust it by opening to it, filling its flow and watching it work through you. It's not
2:53.2	that you sit idly by. You trust in this love by filling it, allowing it to fill your entire
3:07.2	being the way the area you're breathing right now is filling those lungs every in breath now.
3:16.5	Fill your entire being with the presence of God, with the presence of love.
3:23.5	Fully. Smile. Swae. Gently. Rock. And fill the sweetness taste. This inner nectar.
3:54.0	That you are knowing that as long as you are consciously aware of it, there is nothing that it
4:06.3	cannot do. There is nothing that your love cannot do. And that brings me to our second quote
