I wanted to extend on what we are talking about yesterday on making it real, bringing our

attention and our focus to the present moment.

And that always sounds sexy.

It always sounds beautiful.

Of course, we would all love to be present.

But we know it's difficult.

But there are simple triggers.

There are simple sayings and ways to shift our attention.

You know, I'm big on words.

You know, it's why I do this podcast because I believe in the power of words.

You know, it was one sentence that created a shift within me at a very dark time in my

life and allowed me to generate the tools within to change my life.

So words are powerful in a stand, especially when we receive them in spirit and use them

and transform through them.

But lately I've been telling myself, there is nothing else to do than what I am doing

in this present moment.

There is nothing else to do than what you are doing right now.

You know, yesterday we talked about the big three.

How I write three things I have to do at a time and I tell myself, there is nothing else

to do except for these three things.

And once I accomplish those three, I write down my next three.

And I do this because again, I talked about it yesterday.
