So I was meditating on the power that I believe we all have within us.

And I'm pretty sure we all feel that power, don't we?

Like there's times throughout your day or weeks that you have, or you feel limitless,

you feel powerful, you feel beautiful, you can feel the energy running through you.

And I believe we get opportunities every single day to express our power.

But when we don't live up to these opportunities, what happens?

I believe we suppress our power.

We have two options.

We can express our power or we suppress our power.

Now power isn't necessarily taking something by force or being controlling or loud or yelling.

You know what I'm saying?

That's what we think of power as if it's controlling and hurling over everybody.

But now the type of power we hold within us is just truth.

It's a power that is sustainable.

It's a power that leads with love, but knows what it wants.

Know what is right and knows what is wrong and is willing to go for what it wants in life and to create its destiny.

And to send the power that is within you was already placed within you before you even came here.

And to stand this is source energy.

This is a source power.

You have to recognize a time, so a day that you are the most powerful being in the universe.

Now I know that sounds wild to say and that sounds wild to admit.
