Any study of God's glory must include a contemplation on what the word glory means.

However, that is no easy task.

Like so many other words we use so casually, God's glory is a concept that we are aware of,

may not be able to describe it.

St. Augustine often wrote to remind us how our mind must be severe and focused when we enter

into God's presence in glory.

We worship a holy God whose glory fills us and the world around us, so we must always give

him the honor he is due.

Does your worship reflect the full significance of God's glory, or does it treat him merely

as a close friend sometimes?

While I pray this meditation from Micah chapter 7, we'll open your eyes to the truth that

there is none like God in his glory, there's none like him, so never offer anything less

to him.

But is there anything blocking you from taking solemn the glory of God?
