There is no finish line. Those words stopped me in my tracks the other day. I was at Nike

headquarters, which is a tremendous honor, and I was leading a breathwork and piano session for

their mindfulness day. And as I was walking through the campus,

I saw in large letters the words that say,

there is no finish line.

It's a simple phrase,

but it really resonated with me,

But it got me thinking about our obsession with endpoints, with the idea that we are all racing towards some grand

We fixate on these finish lines, convinced that once we cross them,

But what if the most important things in life aren't meant to be completed, but just continually
