You know, we often get so caught up in the big picture that we forget to appreciate the little

series of small things brought together. You may have heard of him. He's done one or two paintings. But how do we shift our

I mean, how can we train ourselves to notice and appreciate the little things, even in the midst of life's

Take a moment to think about your day.

What small, seemingly insignificant moments brought a smile to your face. Maybe it was the warmth of your morning coffee, or the sound of birds chirping outside your window

I mean, they may seem unimportant, but they're actually what make up those special moments in our lives.
