In the city of Houston, Sylvester Turner has a budget

that uses $160 million from COVID relief funds

to cover the deficit.

During the COVID scam, scam,

the government was authorizing billions of dollars

because they were issuing dictates and sending out money.

Nobody really cares how it's spent.

And a lot of it ends up in the back pockets of mayoral supporters

in Houston and Philadelphia and Chicago and Detroit and Baltimore

and Oakland and San Francisco.

And you get the drill.

So now Sylvester Turner wants to use $160 million

from COVID relief funds to cover the deficit in spending that he's run up.

The city controller says that this plan is, quote,

a kin to selling your furniture to pay your mortgage.

Eventually, you'll have nowhere to sleep.

Kinda sounds like a Sylvester Turner thing to do, doesn't it?
