Imagine that you're very sick

and you need medical help.

And the only doctor that you're allowed to go to

is a doctor who is on probation.

His medical license has been revoked

and handed back multiple times.

He's a terrible, terrible doctor

and it's widely known and he's drunk when you show up.

But you're required to go to him

because that's where you're zoned.

There are plenty of other really good doctors

but you're not allowed to go to them

because this particular drunk doctor

and the people who make money off the school

or the hospital system that he works for,

have managed to keep you

in a pipeline to his practice

so that no matter how bad he does,

you're required to go there.
