Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to part five of five of a series that I have

been doing on the most highlighted sentences from within my app storyteller. So to end this series,

I'm going to end on one of the top highlights, which is there are so many layers to me that are worth getting to know.

So this was a part of a series where I was talking about different initial messages that we might

receive in life and what could serve

as an alternative message. So what I actually want to do is read all of them and read this post

in its entirety. And the quote that was the most highlighted was one of the last parts. For the one who

was wondering if their presence matters, if you have ever been made to feel that other people in

the room were more important than you, you may have backed into a corner and stayed there. If you have ever been told or made to feel that

you are unqualified or that you were just one of many, that you may have stopped offering your

perspective. If you have ever felt ridiculed or told that you spoke up too much, you may have

shrunk down from that moment forward.

These kinds of experiences have a way of generating messages that we may not even realize

we're carrying with us. Maybe I need to learn how to be quieter. My voice does not matter. I'm not good enough. I won't be

supported if I truly show up as I am. No one wants to know the real me. These are the kind of messages

that can hold us back, and they are also the kind of messages that can remind us of this.

We have yet to fade away, and we are still here. Even when there are areas of our life where we feel

like we're not able to be fully present, the fact that we are still in this life at all means that our story is not over.

There is still time and space for us to explore who we are beyond the messages we thought

would define us. And perhaps if any of those above messages resonated with you, there is still room for new

alternative messages to resonate with you too.
