I love what I'm about to speak to you about right now because it's something that is true,

but we often never even think about it. We don't even reference it and it's not a thought in our minds and it should be.

It should I don't like this word should but I support it in this case because this truth can

unlock something within us that can allow us to live bigger lives.

And if there is a way that you can fulfill your highest potential,

if there is a way that you can allow yourself to expand, I will always reveal it to you.

And this is what the topic is of today's episode.

There are no points. there are no bonuses, there is no special place in heaven for

somebody who never bothered anybody else.

Okay, I think I actually heard a joke about this once from somebody saying, you know, on a tombstone,

here lies Susie Moore, or insert your name. She never bothered anybody. There is no prize for this and I

remember earlier in my tech career when I was kind of starting out as an ambitious 20-something, there were two or three

women who I really looked up to, who are real kind of innovators, disruptors in the tech space,

and I really wanted to get to know them.

Sometimes I'd see them speak at events or I would listen to them on our international calls or I would just follow them. I would pay attention to where they were showing up, what difference they were making, the way that they'd present in meetings, and I had this secret like burning

admiration and really wanted to get to know them.

But my mind at the time had a belief that that was bothersome, right?

Because what, you know, here I am like someone who's an executive, but not at that level,

not an SVP, not a president. And so I thought, you know what, I'm going to save up

the, maybe my relationship capital and I'll use it later. Like maybe I'll work my way up to something or I'll wait for the

perfect moment before I approach these ladies who I really look up to and and all of
