| 0:20.4 | there has been an uptick in happiness for people under 30 in several non-English-speaking countries. |

| 0:35.6 | drop could be the Western world's increased focused on mental health. In the |

| 1:08.0 | Many Tik-Tok celebrities are regularly opening up about their personal mental health struggles to their followers. |
| 1:14.4 | And teachers often spend as much time instructing students and therapeutic techniques |
| 1:18.5 | as they do in mathematics. |
| 1:20.1 | And of course, parents are far more quickly to turn to counselors than to pastors or anyone else. |
| 1:25.8 | And so this generation that's been fed most on therapy, wellness techniques, and gentle parenting |
| 1:32.1 | is also the generation that's most burdened with depression |
