So Bob, I have a email from a listener here who is asking us how what we think about a ethical complaint that they're

waging against their own therapist or a previous therapist. Oh yeah.

and she is she has a lot of feelings, a lot of emotions about this past therapist.

Yes.

I thought we would go kind of line by line and comment on what we think in terms of did this person's past therapist

violate the law or ethics or HIPAA or whatever. What do you say Bob?

She says that she started therapy a while back a few years ago to work on issues with her mom and grief over recent losses

so pretty common presenting problems. She found a good therapist and she quickly became attached to her, very attached.

And she really, really liked this therapist.

She felt understood for the very first time.
