a tale. But what led him to being one of only two surviving members of a fire on a ship

that was docked at the port of Los Angeles. Only at the very end of the film does the detective

realize the Kent has been feeding my tall tale constructed from random documents and photos

on the detective's bulletin board. And the early 1990s Phil Adolfi had its own version of

verbal kin. His name is James White and he is an informant. Over the course of 12 months

and eight known statements he told wildly different stories implicating both himself and others

in six different murders across Philadelphia. Many of his accounts led to a quiddels at trial.

Others have entered an exonerations years later. This is the story of three of those murders

and one of the men who remains behind bars for crimes that he allegedly committed the age of 16.

His name is Theophilus Wilson. The often goes by Theo. Hi, this is Colin Miller. I'm an associate

of I'm Disclosed. Let's start by going back in time to North Philadelphia on the evening of

September 25th 1989. On that night, Otis Rennel was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head.

His associates, brothers Kevin and Gavin Anderson were also found dead a few miles away the next

morning. The three men were all Jamaicans and all involved in drug dealing and not like to a man
