So what's the leftover situation in everyone's house? I'm nearly through with mine. They lasted about 27 hours in our house.

Well, we didn't have a turkey, which I think helps a lot. There's no such thing as a small turkey.

You know what? We didn't either, and I don't think we're ever going back.

My husband did a porcetta instead. Oh my God. It was a hit and no one really likes turkey and I think turkeys are done.

I do and in this case we didn't make a turkey simply because we couldn't get our hands on a kosher turkey without going through crazy

contortions and so we we just uh did something else but uh the result was that we didn't have leftovers,

and I have to say it was kind of fabulous.
