Hey everybody we are off this week for Thanksgiving but we have brought you a special Thanksgiving treat. A special horror story. A spooky story. It has a happy ending.

That's right. We've proved right.

I'm sorry. This is like getting all the children together and, you know, playing for them, uh,

colligula or something.

I think it's like dinosaurs are extinct right and that's what makes them not so

scary and the fact that we know that this is all going to be over soon makes it

much less scary. Should we tell the listeners what they're about to listen to? We should. You are about to hear our

listeners. The very first episode we recorded the day after Donald Trump was elected in 2016.

I went back and listened to it.

It was pretty bleak, man.

It was grim, man.

My voice you can hear, like I, you know, that I haven't slept and may or may not have been crying. I know we were all so subdued but at the same time like I think we I think we got some stuff pretty right? We did. We raised a lot of questions that

remained with us in some cases like you know whether or not competency will

matter and be something that the president values.

We were very optimistic on that.

I think we were actually really optimistic.

I mean, yes, we told you so and got some low hanging fruit, but like, I don't know, we were

being pretty fair and generous if you ask me.

All I can say is you can listen to this knowing we all survived.
