So glad you're here to join us for today's inspiration on the Christian Science Daily Lift.

Sharing with us is Christian science practitioner, Annetta Kreuziger-Her.

What if the first person you saw this morning greeted you with a warm smile and a sweet good morning? It feels to me that this is how God, our dear God, welcomes us into this day.

This day is not a used one from yesterday, but a new day.

So then what if you looked forward to this day as not another dull stage of our journey,

but as an exciting fresh possibility, an idea of truth

herself.

And why not, since Christianity revealed that truth is the reality of being, reliable and always

effortless.

Truth is always truth.

Truth is God.

Merbeke Eddy, who discovered Christian science,

wrote, truth is affirmative and confers harmony.

That is such an amazing insight. For Stoddard's affirmative is always

positive and approving. Truth is a mighty yes, making us feel at ease and peaceful. What if this affirmative power of truth were mirrored in our own agreement with good

and therefore with everyone we meet today?

A while back a new coworker showed up on a team I had been assigned to,

we all found it difficult to adapt to a different style, and

after some pretty rough interactions within our team, I felt obliged to pray. Seeing him from

God's perspective, I could drop all judgment. I could see and feel that we all are made from the same cloth. And what's that
