Today we are hanging around the year 2000. We're going to finish it out. We're going to talk about

the television shows, the very, very influential, very impactful, transformational television

shows that came out of nowhere that dominated, dominated the year 2000, and actually set the stage

for what would come in the years ahead in 2003, 2004, 2004, 2005. Yes, yes, there were shows

that were that incredibly influential influential and we'll discuss them

again today. We get deeper into the fate of the actual X-Men line of comic books in the year 2000.

Did the editor in shape of Marvel really said, did anything good happen to these books in the 90s

and then make plans based on that? Yes.

Yes, I'm going to tell you right now. We cover it. We talk extensively about it and the influence

and the direction and maybe the failure to launch of that particular initiative that was going on

in the year 2000. We're also going to discuss the recent heritage

auctions, the million dollar sales that took place, the million dollar sales that took place

in the recent heritage auctions with some huge iconic works. The money is flowing. You are not,

you're not seeing the pinch, not in those auctions, not after you hear

the prices that I share with you. And most importantly today, we pause and remember the life

of the magnificent Timothy Sale. Tim Sale was a buddy. He's a sweetheart. He was an absolute

master of the craft, a graphic storyteller with no equal.

And he has left us.

He is no longer with us.

He has passed.

And we are going to give him the celebration that he is due today on Robeservations.
