Summary

This week we bring you our usual segments, some prizes to share, and a link to a funny internet game show that includes the Yarniacs. Gayle and I were quite tickled upon listening to this feature and hope you will get a laugh out of it too. The fact that there were groans and possible Yarniacs in the audience just makes us smile! 0:10.7	This is episode 77, which we are recording on Tuesday, December 9th, 2014.

0:17.6	And I'm Charlene.
0:18.6	And today there may be a little different sound quality. I
0:21.5	somehow managed to forget to bring the microphone when I arrived to Charlene's
0:26.8	house to record today my face is turning red just because who forgets their
0:30.8	microphone so we're using the inline microphone on my computer and fingers
0:37.0	cross it it sounds good.
0:38.3	Yeah.
0:39.3	And before we get started, I did want to make two comments.
0:42.3	One, people had quite a few technical difficulties with the last episode, and we never did
0:47.8	diagnose exactly what happened, but we are working on it.
0:51.3	And second, last episode I also said Malabrigo Rios is not a super wash
0:56.8	yarn, which is not true. I knew that it actually was superwash, but I didn't finish my thought
1:02.3	as we were discussing it last episode. Someone had emailed me and said that Rios is not super
1:08.4	wash and she didn't recommend it for a sweater. Well, it is super
1:11.5	wash. The main reason I didn't choose to use it for my dad's sweater is because I don't
1:16.8	think it would wear well for his type of usage. So he'll wear it pretty hard, you know,
1:22.8	a lot of friction and tension and things like that and I think it would pill pretty badly for
1:27.2	him.
1:27.6	So it is super wash yarn.
