Hello and welcome to the Yarniaks podcast.

0:13.0

This is episode number 201, which we're recording on Saturday, September 7th, 2019.

0:20.0

I'm Gail. And I'm Charlene. And we're again at the University of

0:23.8

California at Santa Cruz, probably our last one this summer because school will be back in session

0:29.0

soon. They're on the quarter system, so they don't start until mid to late September.

0:34.5

So move in will be pretty soon. In a couple weeks.

0:37.8

Which means we won't be here anymore.

0:39.5

And that's sad because just as we pulled up, we saw a mommy deer and her baby go wandering through.

1:29.2

It was two skeins and I had had it in my stash for so long and didn't quite know what to make with it.

1:36.7

So I was very happy to have found a pattern to use it for.

1:41.5

Yes, you were telling Tamara.

1:43.1

Our friend Tamara came up to Santa Cruz and we just

1:46.3

got to spend a little while with her at the yarn store, which is very delightful. I don't know

1:53.1

what kind of word that is. Is it a squirrel? I think it's a squirrel. I don't know if the microphone's

1:58.2

picking it up, but it's pretty funny. Yeah, it's up in the crook of that tree, right?
