Welcome to the podcast.

This is our reunion podcast because we're sitting together in Santa Cruz.

We're actually recording today at the Swift Stitch, our local yarn store where Charlene is a faithful yarn-enabling employee.

And so you'll hear some ambient noise, probably squeals of delight as people downstairs are buying new sweater quantities of yarn.

But it's much quieter we determined here than in either of our homes.

Absolutely.

Because it's still summer, the kids are still home, with the husbands, and it's just a lot of noise

going on.

Well, they have one week left of summer, so they're trying to cram everything possible to do in beach this friends over

sleepover for a lot and we can't even go to the beach so what are you wearing today what am i

wearing well i was telling gail that i don't really want to talk about my brand new laika sweater

in this segment because i want to save it for what have I finished.

But just a preview, it is what I'm wearing.

I did post a couple of teaser pictures.

Yeah, teaser pictures.

That's a good way to put it because they're not real true finished object photos.

So I'll be getting to those soon. But as a teaser, that's what I'm wearing. And I'm wearing my 5200K tunic, which I just had to wear today because I wanted to show it off to Charlene. Oh, I'm glad you did. It's so cute. It's really cute. I'm really, really happy with how it turned out.

So that's what I'm wearing.
