There's a massive, structural level event that affects 5% of

marketing plans, safe patches, on another planet.

A reason number two, as climate changes much worse than they're telling us about,

And number three, either all other resources have been drained,

or they know over the next 50 years, that some of the most key resources like water

would not be able to be replenished, and then they need to start to cultivate another area

or land or actual planet for us to be able to live life at its highest level.
