1:40.1	Okay, well, for most of my 20s, I was pretty badly, chronically depressed and I had suicidal ideation for a lot of that time and I about the age of 28 I had a voice inside of me saying
1:57.5	Alan do you want to live or do you want to die and I made the choice that I wanted to live and then that guiding voice which has been a very powerful guiding influence since that time said well if you want to live you've got to change the circumstances of your life.
