Well, thank you so much for having me, Nicole. Real pleasure to be asked to come and speak with you today. Of course. And for me, being a huge animal lover, I remember just growing up and luckily my parents are also they love animals as well so I was able to grow up in a household with a ton of them.

I think that for people that either don't grow up with animals or pets or haven't necessarily experienced it.

There is a different type of way that we communicate with them.

And so before we get into that,

I'd love to hear about how you got started,

what made you really jump into this,
